Professor Felipe Costa of Rio De Janeiro, Brazil will be conducting a seminar at Progressive Martial Arts Academy on Tuesday,  June 11, 2013 at 6:30 PM. This seminar is open to PMA students only.

Fighting in the lowest weight class in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Felipe has an understanding of pure Jiu Jitsu technique that is hard to find. Felipe will teach basic Jiu Jitsu concepts during the seminar that students of all levels and styles can appreciate and understand. Whether you have been training Jiu Jitsu at PMA for years or have only learned how to "slap out," this seminar will be beneficial to your martial arts journey!

The first hour and a half will be dedicated solely to technique, and the final half hour will be a question and answer session with the Jiu Jitsu World Champion. Questions can cover any topic, including technique. You can tweet us your questions (@PMAOakRidge), post them on our Facebook page (facebook.com/PMAOakRidge), or shoot us an email (info@PMAOakRidge.com).  We will pass them along to Professor Felipe before the seminar so that he can plan the class accordingly.
